Open Cell Spray Foam

Open Cell spray foam has a density of 0.05 LB per cubic foot it has an R-value of 3.5/4 per inch lower than closed cell foam but still superior to some other commonly used insulation materials. Open cell is specified and installed in both residential and commercial application usually as cavity fill insulation on the interior.

-Open cell spray foam 0.5LB is a high-yield, open cell, Class 1 fire-rated, 100% water-blown spray polyurethane foam insulation designed for use in residential and commercial walls, attics and roof decks. When applied, open cell expands to over 100 times in size in approximately 4 seconds, filling and sealing building cavities of any shape and size. It is sprayer-friendly, offering a wide application window and temperature tolerance and excellent adhesion when installed in cold temperatures down to 15°F.

-Open cell Spray Foam seals and insulates in one step, helping property owners reduce energy consumption by up to 50% when compared to conventional insulation systems. Its superior thermal insulation, sealant and sound attenuation properties contribute to a healthy, quiet and more energy efficient building.

  • Open Cell Spray Foam Advantage

Interlocking air bubbles expand over 100 times their original size in about 4 seconds to create a soft, spongy, insulating barrier.  Open cell spray foam insulation costs less per job and per R-value measurement allowing you to use much less material to cover more ground.

  • Open-Cell Content 98%

Closed Cell Spray Foam

Closed cell spray foam is among the most efficient insulation materials commercially available with a density of 2Lbs per cubic foot and an R-value of  6/6.5  per inch. Hight density spray foam is most often specified and installed in commercial roofing application for both retrofits and new construction.

  • Added Structural Support

Closed Cell Spray Foam is densely packed closed cell spray foam, which makes it more rigid and stronger than conventional insulation systems and even open cell SPF insulation. With very high tensile and compressive strengths, Closed Cell Spray Foam provides the benefit of added structural support to a building’s walls, roof, and foundation. Its high density also creates a greater barrier against the penetration of moisture, making it great for below ground installations.

  • Closed-Cell Content 96%

Attic Insulation Removal Process

To remove the insulation from your attic, we use the latest, state-of-the-art vacuum system and ensure the integrity of our hoses to prevent leakage or unwanted debris.

Our technicians are protected with the highest quality respiratory and safety gear, and they carefully work their way through your entire attic space to ensure all of the loose insulation is removed from your home.

In the case of both batt and loose-fill insulation, all materials are disposed of safely and efficiently, and your attic is left clean and prepped for the installation of the new insulation

Spray Foam Roofing

Sprayed Foam saves you money and Pays for Itself...High R-Value Sprayed foam has an aged R-value of approximately 7.5 per 1 inch thickness (depending on the particular formulation and application, higher values have been achieved), enabling it to provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other type of commerical insulation material. Sprayed Foam Systems are frequently used to insulate and protect a wide variety of residential, commerical, and industrial buildings. In commercial roofing, it has multiple advantages. . waterproofing, insulation, building stability, lower heating and a/c bills, etc.

Benefits of Spray Foam Roofing

  1. Seamless
Sprayed polyurethane foam forms a seamless insulated roofing system. It has no joints or seams that often allow outside water and air to pass through the roofing system into the building structure. Whether a roof is 10,000 square feet, 100,000 square feet or larger in size, it will have NO SEAMS.

  2. Highest "R" Value
Sprayed polyurethane foam has an "R" value of 6.5/7, enabling it to provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other insulation.

  3. Long Lasting - The Elastomeric coating system which protects the polyurethane foam can be rejuvenated by the re-application of additional coatings after the initial coatings system has weathered after many years of service.

  4. Watertight - Polyurethane foam is made of billions of minute closed cells which resist the penetration of water and vapors. It must, however, be protected by an elastomeric coating suited for use in that particular environment.

  5. Minimizes Thermal Shock
Because a polyurethane foam roofing system is seamless, has a high "R" value and is covered by a reflective Elastomeric coating, it greatly reduces the thermal shock a building is subjected to because of fluctuating outdoor temperatures.
